This website is operated by APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. This notice explains how the company handles information for the Hypnobirthing+ web product.

This notice describes the listening and learning experience on this website. The iPhone and iPad app is a separate experience; consult the privacy information linked from its App Store listing for the app.

What stays in your browser

When you save a session or use listening continuity, this website stores the selected session identifiers and listening position in this browser. These preferences let you return to useful content. They are not an account, a cloud backup or a record synced with the app.

You can clear these preferences in Your practice or by clearing this website’s data in your browser. Private browsing, another browser or device, and browser storage settings may affect whether they remain available.

We do not ask you to provide your due date, medical history, birth preferences or other pregnancy details to use the website. Your choice of a session may be personal; local listening preferences are not treated as a clinical assessment.

Optional web account and private practice

You may use passwordless email sign-in to keep a private web practice across browsers or devices. Supabase processes your email address, authentication and security information, account identifier, and the session identifiers, saved status, listening position, completion and synchronization timestamps needed for that practice. We do not ask for a pregnancy profile.

Account practice is protected by database ownership rules. After sign in, you can explicitly add useful practice already stored in this browser. Saved sessions are combined and existing account progress is not replaced by an older browser position. Account information is not shared with the iOS app and does not prove Premium access.

You can clear account practice separately or permanently delete the web account from Account & privacy. Deleting the account removes its Hypnobirthing+ practice data. It does not affect the iOS app or an Apple-managed subscription.

Web Premium billing

If you choose web Premium, Stripe processes Checkout, payment method, billing, invoices and subscription management. Hypnobirthing+ stores the Stripe customer ownership reference, selected web plan, subscription status, trial and billing-period dates, and cancellation timing needed to provide and explain web access. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

A signed Stripe notification updates web access on the server. A Checkout return page, browser flag or email match does not grant Premium. Stripe web billing remains separate from Apple and the iOS app. Billing records may need to be retained by Stripe or the company where required for financial, tax, dispute and legal obligations.

Account and service email

Supabase creates passwordless sign-in and account-security messages, and Resend delivers those messages from an authenticated Hypnobirthing+ sender. Resend also delivers limited transactional product messages such as a one-time account welcome and, when web Premium purchasing is launched, trial, activation, cancellation and access-ending confirmations created from trusted server state. Stripe remains responsible for payment receipts, invoices, refunds and appropriate payment-failure communication.

These providers process the email address, message content and the technical delivery information required to send, secure and diagnose the message. Hypnobirthing+ records the minimum delivery state needed to prevent duplicates and handle retries. Hard bounces, complaints and provider suppression stop repeated delivery attempts. Service and security messages are not newsletters and do not include private listening history, pregnancy details, payment-card data or internal billing identifiers.

Website and audio delivery

Loading a website involves technical requests. The hosting service may receive information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request time to deliver the service and help maintain its operation and security.

The public website is hosted on Vercel. The session audio is hosted on Microsoft Azure Blob Storage. When you choose to listen, audio is requested from Azure or through this website’s audio endpoint. Delivery providers may process the technical request information needed to send the audio. Saving a session here does not download the audio for offline use.

Technical information is used to deliver content, maintain compatibility and support the security and reliability of the service. Provider processing and retention depend on the relevant service configuration and terms.

Analytics and advertising

With your choice, this website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate page use and a small number of product moments: starting the free session, starting or completing a Premium preview, viewing Premium information, creating an account and, after purchasing is launched, beginning Checkout. Google Analytics is optional. The Google tag is not loaded before you accept, or when you decline.

When accepted, Google may set first-party analytics cookies and process the page path without its query string, public catalogue identifiers, broad collection, browser/device information and technical connection information needed to provide analytics. We do not send your email, Supabase identity, Stripe or Resend identifiers, authentication links or tokens, saved sessions, exact listening position, private account practice, or pregnancy and health information. Hypnobirthing+ does not set a Google Analytics User-ID.

Google Signals, advertising personalisation, enhanced measurement, advertising-product links, marketing pixels and session replay are not used. Declining keeps the Google tag unloaded. If you withdraw a previous acceptance, analytics storage is denied, first-party Google Analytics cookies are removed and the page reloads without the tag. A necessary consent-choice cookie remembers your decision for six months. You can revisit the choice at any time using .

When you contact us

If you email the team, the message includes the address you send from and any information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request. Please avoid sending private medical information, passwords or payment-card details.

Payments and the app

Following an App Store link takes you to Apple’s service. Apple manages app purchases and subscription information under its own terms and privacy practices. The iPhone and iPad app remains a separate experience.

Web Premium is purchased and managed through Stripe. A web account is separate from Premium until Stripe confirms an eligible web subscription. Stripe web subscriptions and Apple iOS subscriptions are separate purchases with no cross-platform entitlement. This notice will be reviewed again before analytics changes or a different Premium audio-delivery system is activated.

Your choices and contact

You can use this website without saving sessions. You can pause or stop listening at any time and clear locally saved preferences from Your practice.

To ask about personal information we may hold, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact info@appstarfamily.net. Local browser preferences can be removed directly on your device. Account-owned practice can be cleared after sign in. An active or unresolved web subscription must be managed before account deletion, so paid billing is not left running without an account.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice as the service changes and identify the revision date here. Significant changes to how information is used will be communicated as appropriate.
