These website terms are between you and APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD., the operator of Hypnobirthing+.

Using the service

Hypnobirthing+ provides digital content for relaxation, wellbeing and birth preparation, including guided audio and educational articles. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Educational and wellness use

The content is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a medical service and must not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Read our wellness and listening guidance and use the content responsibly.

No particular birth outcome is guaranteed. Always follow the advice of your maternity team and seek professional help for health concerns.

Content and permitted use

The audio tracks, scripts, text, artwork and designs are protected by intellectual-property rights. You receive a personal, non-exclusive permission to use the content made available to you for your own preparation and relaxation.

You may not sell, redistribute, broadcast or otherwise commercially exploit this content without permission. Availability of a media address does not grant permission to copy or redistribute the underlying recording.

Free and Premium access

The website provides the complete Calm Labour Foundation session at no charge and short previews of 29 other sessions. Public articles and guides are free to read.

Hypnobirthing+ Premium provides full web listening for the 29 Premium sessions. The monthly plan begins with a three-day free trial and then renews at $29.99 USD per month unless cancelled. The yearly plan costs $99.99 USD per year, has no trial, and is billed immediately through Stripe Checkout.

The iPhone and iPad app has separate Apple-managed purchase options. An Apple purchase does not unlock web Premium, and a Stripe web subscription will not unlock the iOS app. These are permanently separate subscriptions. See free and Premium access for the differences.

Web accounts and saved listening

Without an account, saved sessions and listening positions remain a convenience stored in the browser and may be lost if its data is cleared. An optional passwordless web account keeps those details privately through Supabase. Neither local nor account practice is a Premium entitlement.

You are responsible for access to the email address used to sign in. You may sign out, clear account practice, or delete the web account. Web Premium purchase and management require an account. Stripe is the authority for trial, renewal, payment and cancellation status; a successful-looking return page alone does not grant access. You can manage payment details, invoices and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from Account.

Cancelling normally leaves access available through the applicable trial or paid period shown in Account and Stripe. Access ends when Stripe reports that the eligible period has ended. An active, trialling or unresolved web subscription must be managed before the web account can be deleted, so billing is not silently left running. Account deletion does not cancel or change an Apple subscription.

An eligible monthly web subscriber may be shown a one-time option to continue Premium at $14.99 USD per month for the next three monthly billing periods. After those three periods, the subscription returns automatically to $29.99 USD per month unless cancelled. Accepting the option keeps the subscription active; for a trialling subscriber it preserves the remaining free trial and does not create an immediate charge. The offer is not available on the yearly plan and cannot be repeatedly redeemed or combined with another discount.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide useful, reliable content, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every session will suit every listener. Stop a practice if it feels uncomfortable and seek appropriate professional guidance if needed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hypnobirthing+ and its creators are not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access restrictions and changes

We may restrict access if these terms are violated, particularly where copyrighted content is shared or used without permission. Content and features may change as the service develops. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
