There is no order to get right. Start with a question, a feeling, or someone beside you.
A little context can make a first listen feel more familiar. Learn what hypnobirthing involves, and what it cannot promise.
You do not have to work through the library in order. Start with what would feel useful now: a quiet moment, familiar breathing, or time to wind down.
A partner, friend or family member can prepare with you. Talk about the words, touch and practical help that you would welcome—and what you would rather skip.
Preparation can include preferences, questions and alternatives. Pain relief, induction or a caesarean do not make your preparation less worthwhile.
Save a session when it feels useful. Your practice keeps those choices and your last listening place on this browser, so the next visit starts a little more easily.
