The heart of Hypnobirthing+ is a library of guided audio: relaxation, breathing, sleep, confidence and preparation with a birth companion. It is designed for the moments when a familiar voice would be welcome.
You can begin with one complete free session, explore the library through previews and read at your own pace. There is no required schedule and no ideal version of a listener.
How the learning content is prepared
Articles and public session descriptions are prepared by the Hypnobirthing+ Editorial Team for APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. No named clinician, midwife or childbirth educator has been verified as the author or reviewer of the current library, so we do not present one.
We use reputable public-health, maternity-care and evidence sources where a topic needs factual support, keep claims within what those sources can justify, and link readers to independent guidance. Product copy is written for preparation and wellbeing; it is not clinical assessment, treatment or personalised advice. Read the full editorial policy.
Preparation for your own path
We want this space to support choice. A positive experience cannot be defined by whether a birth is unmedicated, assisted, induced or surgical. Your feelings and preferences matter in all of those circumstances.
Guided listening is one possible source of support. It does not replace antenatal education, professional care or mental-health support, and it cannot guarantee a birth outcome.
Less to manage
The website does not ask for a due date, medical history or pregnancy profile. You can save sessions and keep your listening place in this browser without an account. There are no streaks or preparation scores.
Premium offers full listening on this website through a separate Stripe-managed web subscription. The existing iPhone and iPad app remains a separate way to listen, with its own access options. The current differences are explained on our free and Premium page.
