The Hypnobirthing+ session library has been designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy — from early relaxation practice to active labour preparation. Each audio session is guided, carefully scripted, and built around evidence-based hypnobirthing principles.
Sessions are organised into six categories: Calm Labour, Gentle Waves, Breathing Practice, Partner Support, Sleep for Pregnancy, and Mind & Body Trust. You can filter by category, browse by length, or simply follow our recommended listening order if you're not sure where to start.
Most parents begin with the Calm Labour Foundation session — it's free, and it introduces the core concepts and techniques that underpin everything else in the library. From there, you can build a daily practice that fits around your life, even if you only have 10 minutes.
The sessions work best with regular listening. Unlike a one-off class, the conditioning effect of hypnobirthing comes from repetition — returning to the same relaxation state again and again until it becomes second nature. Many parents find that by their third trimester, they can drop into deep relaxation within minutes of pressing play.
