We all carry fears—from stories we've heard, movies we've seen, or our own histories. This session provides a safe container to look at those fears without being overwhelmed by them. Using the imagery of clouds or balloons, you gently acknowledge the fear and then practice the act of releasing it, lightening your mental load.
