"Fear is just a thought. You can acknowledge it, and then let it float away."
We all carry fears about birth — absorbed from stories we have heard, images we have seen, and sometimes our own previous experiences. These fears do not have to be resolved or proven wrong; they simply need to be acknowledged and gently released. This session provides a safe, contained space to look at your fears without being overwhelmed by them, using the imagery of balloons, clouds, or leaves on a stream to hold the fear lightly and then let it go. Each time you practise releasing, the fear loses a little of its grip — and the space it occupied fills, gradually and naturally, with something quieter and more useful.
