Birth is a primitive, mammalian event that happens best when the analytical, planning mind steps back and the body's older, deeper intelligence is given space to lead. This session helps you practise the shift from thinking to being — from the busy neocortex that wants to monitor, assess, and control, to the instinctive brain that already knows what to do. Many people describe active labour as an altered state in which time distorts and external concerns fall away completely; this session prepares you for that transition so that when it comes, you move into it with trust rather than resistance.
