Through guided imagery of floating in warm, perfectly supportive water, your muscles are invited to disengage completely, your mind to drift, and your body to experience the kind of limp, effortless rest that is difficult to achieve through ordinary relaxation. The deep physical release this session cultivates is also excellent preparation for the birthing stage, when the ability to let go entirely becomes one of your most valuable tools.
